Constructive Building Consultants keep up to date with the latest changes. The formal adoption of the NCC 2022 is fast approaching. The BCA editions (Volume One & Volume Two) will come into effect on the 1st of September 2022. While there is a 12 month transition period allowing the previous editions to be used until the 1st of September 2023, it is critical for users to become familiar with the NCC 2022, such is the significance of the changes that have been made. These changes will be discussed at length by the Australian Building Codes Board at the NCC 2022 Seminar held at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on Thursday the 25th of August.
